DOES EMERGENCY ADVANCE PAROLE AFFECT APPROVAL OR PENDING 131 OR ENTRY BACK?
I need to travel for my mom’s burial and I was finally able to reach an agent that got me an appointment at their office.
1. Could they approve my over 1 year pending Advance parole renewal?
2. If given emergency advance parole, can it affect the approval of the actual parole?
3. Will I have any issue coming back in?

take new advvance parole application and the dead certificate translation if is not in English, take a credit card to pay for it

@mgr r I went there with all that but the lady said she can do an emergency advance parole and it will start counting today (30 days duration). Burial is June 12! That can’t work and she said there is nothing she can do about it.
