Upgrading to premium processing
Hello again Lawfully community,
I submitted the I-907 form to upgrade my EB-2 NIW case to premium processing, USPS confirmed delivery of the package on 7/20/23, however the status of my case has not changed nor USCIS charged my card.
Is this normal? How long does USCIS takes to start processing the premium processing, and when dosa the clock starts to count.

turns out I had I typo on the credit card authorization form, they sent it back, but it took almost 2 weeks to arrive… I resent the forms and they charged my card on the next day they received the package!! just waiting now!
