upgrading F2A to IR1
i filled my wife back march 2023 i became us citizen april 23 2024 and i update my case through online summit naturalization through my account and mail to uscis office too on april 29 can anyone tell me when they will get back to us and how they will infrom us that case has been updated from F2A to IR1 and can anyone tell me how long they will approve it 🙏🙏#i130 #F2A #IR1

Hi, it's up to 30 days to update the account. We are also waiting for an update from F2A to CR1.

@Diana p did you talk with emma live chat they will create a request for upgrade then only its going to upgrade with in 30 days as they say me i was talking with them today they say we need to call them after the request has been 30 dayspass if there is no update from them did you get anything yet or not yet

@young nim USCIS called me last night and per the agent the category for both is the same ( resident and citizen) he told me just to keep waiting

@Diana p didnt they send you any email or mail about the upgrade lots of people get email and mail for upgrade from F2A to IR1 when did they send you email about upgrade.

@Diana p i think you need to call them cuz all the people who upgraded they get the notified for the upgrade notice and lots of them already been approved too uh need to call them before it get too long
