Upgrading Case from Resident to Citizen petitioner
USCIS keeps ignoring our notifications sent my mail, through our lawyer, that I became a citizen ( I originally filed as a resident petiotioner). Has anyone had any success in notifying them? It’s been over a year that I became a citizen and now 3 years since we originally filed. :/ 2 years without any new information.
if so, how were you able to notity them? Help!

@2022 GC Filler Marriage Hi, my husband uploaded the Naturalization certificate and cover letter. Then called uscis and informed them that we requesting the upgrade to ir1. After a month, they upgraded it.

so, i called them, multiple times, but could not find a way to get past the bot. i explained the situation in multiple ways, and none worked. I also tried Emma, during daytime, and couldn’t upload any files or notify them through there. they directed us to the mail route, which isn’t working. I don’t know what else so do. :’( Our I-130 has already been approved, while I was still a green card holder at that, but the I-485 is the one that is still pending, as it is subject to the visa bulletin and I can’t get USCIS to upgrade the approved I-130 to citizenship status petitioner
