I never did it but I watched people get mad that they saw people jumping ahead of them. I don’t think that system can predict the massive unpredictability in each individual case. my guess is you will be approved in a few months.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 Hi, 👋 I totally agree. I think it pulls info from different cases but everything is so differ t and some people get approved fast and others don’t. I just tried it to see. I don’t read into it. In my mind, I will get my green card in March. That will be 1 year. It is hopeful and not over optimistic.

@B B Hi, nothing of mine says case decision now. My 131 says attend biometrics which I have already and my 485 says attend interview. I am just kind of going with it now.

I was asking because I know our filing dates are close and when I checked yesterday my step 3 is checked off as completed and step 4 case decision is my current step. I have read a lot of posts/comments from USCIS Immigration Officers. They say if you have no admissability issues or criminality and you actually live with your spouse, one year is a normal timeline. Mine was approved 10 days from a year. My assumption is that Canadians also take longer because they do not get visas so they wouldn’t already in the immigration systems. In addition, getting RFEs does definitely delay your case. I got an RFE for a birth certificate.

We have the same application data, same date of evidence request, and I also sent it less than 10 days after the request, so far I only had 765 approved and waiting for the others.
