I had 4 timestamp updates so far 1st - Silent update after working hours 2nd- Synced update on both mine and my derivative 3rd - i485j approved 4th - synced update with derivative+ a new FTA0 event only on my form between 1 and 2 my case was transferred to non local FO

@sam qam , @sam s I just contacted emma and they said Case is moved to my local FO My wife had similar timestamp update at oct01 and emma live agent said her case is at NBC and nothing has changed. its wierd to know this.

most probably your case is pre-approved and FO has just to assign the Visa number. you may hear the approval soon. or may be Interview.

I am also cross chargeablility with Rd in July and biometrics in August. Emma agents told us that our case moved up local fo and recently they started saying case is in nbc. I don’t think you can rely on it but keep us posted. fyi I know people who got GC without interview in cross chargeabiliy

local FO means high likelyhood of an interview. although I have also seen cases move to local FO and then the officer approves it without interview. Good luck. it looks like all cross chargeability cases are getting interviews

@a y Did you get approval for i765? My I765 haven't been approved yet and Emma said it has been transferred to my local service center.

@polar express No updates yet for I131 and I765. I do have 3 FTA0's for I765 but all those were updated when i had biometrics. Not sure whats going on with my case. My spouse cases are still at NBC with No updates.

I am in the exact situation as you. where is your ead being processed? mine is at Texas service center as per Emma agent spouse is at nbc last week I saw flood of approvals from Nebraska, no ead approvals for Texas.

We both are on same boat My EAD is transferred to Texas service center from NBC. My wife's case is still at NBC. My I485 transferred to local San Antonio FO from NBC. When was your case transferred to Texas service center?

my ead was transferred to Texas and my husband stayed at nbc right after biometrics. my adjustment of status is showing at NBC and hasn’t moved. if I were you, I will validate with over 2 to 3 agents about the location of I485. I would not trust the answer given by an agent just by the face value, because not everyone is skilled to give you the correct answer

@polar express that update was may be they just synced both mine and my dependent cases. Both of us has similar timestamps with no event codes.I have shared my reditt ID in other post where you said you will join to the group.

@5zz Mmd same updates happens to my app. First silent update only for me. second one synced with derivative. third one also synced with derivative but in working hours. between the 2nd and 3rd update our cases moved to FO.
