update with initial rfe was send on Aug 29
my case is on employment based and also cross chargeability. after 10 months of transfer case to NBC they have issued rfe for me and my husband.
what to expect please advice. thanks in advance.

@shah sultana i know one of my friends got rfe to prove their marriage but as soon as they submit their response, they got approved in a few weeks. if when you receive and that’s what it’s about, i believe they provided some bills, shared bank account info, and letters written by their friends regarding their marriage relationship. hope it helps!

i had the same situation
since your application been held for a long time most of the time they will ask you to send another medical exam .

@shah sultana i sent my request for evidence responce and they updated my case to (case remains pending) so im waiting on a visa number to get the green card
