Mine took 5 days until they update that they received it

it took more than five months the for them to look at mine send it in March and 3 days ago it now says actively reviewing so there is no timeline just have to be patient

took a few days for them to post that they received it I submitted it to a place in mO Lee summit don’t know where my case is now

yes when it was delievered the security at the door signed for it . my field office is Kendal . I got that update from FedEx . Uscis hasn’t update anything as yet

@Faithful God so first they ask for the medical and on that same day same time they sent another notice saying nothing is outstanding. so the last update I got saying nothing is outstanding .

Yes, I used USPS tracking and it’s delivered, but there are other federal agencies I side the same building. I just need confirmation that they received. So you found out your RFE when you received your physical letter?
