it’s usually automatic..you can look at your latest I 485 notices and see if there is new or old date mentioned..if you see old one then ask Agent to correct the same .. they should be able to raise a ticket for correction

@B T my latest notices do not have any priority date written

I recommend getting in touch with agent and request the update/correction..you may have to try multiple time until you find one who is willing to help ..good luck

@Vaibhav I had a PD written on my EB1C 485. PD had a difference of 1 day. Just to be safe requested correction raising an SR. They requested the I140 # which has correct PD which was provided to them.

I am in a similar boat, and simply hoping that they apply my old PD to my EB1-A application. If i reach out to emma, will they send out a new i485 notice with updated date?

@Champ Boy it won’t happen automatically. you have to request a typographical error request and then they will look into it and update EB1 i140

@S B are you referring to initial receipt for I485? or subsequent notices as well?

I just have one receipt I received for I485, which is an initial receipt
