update
US citizen applying for my spouse. applied in Feb 2022
USCIS took about a year to get paperwork reviewed and approved. However NVC has been doing an excellent job with reviews. It took NVC about 3 days to generate a case once USCIS transferred my approved I-130 to NVC. Additionally, NVC approved our submitted documents within 20 days.
NVC DQ was April 10 and recived interview letter from US General Consolate - Mumbai with interview in late September.
overall this is definitely faster then I expected and hopefully it gets even faster for everyone who are still waiting.

@Joe Murray for me I feel like I-129F did help me as my I-130 was approved about 3 months early compare to few of my friends who applied about a week apart
