UPDATE!!!
Day #4
On Friday i received 3 emails saying they took action in my case. But even now 4 days later, there is nothing.
The I130 went into actively reviewing that day and the I485 went into actively reviewing that day the second time.
My case was sitting at NBC for the whole time.
EDIT: I just spoke to the live agent and he said my case was transfered to a field office on 05/30. Even he couldnt tell me anything about the 3 emails from Friday, what a shitshow.

you aren’t necessarily going to wait more than a year. my case is 13 months old and also got transferred to the field office on 5/30 at 12.5 months. no way to know. the action is good though… may not be approval yet but could be coming soon. best of luck @German Refugee

RFE is not a bad thing. If you're case is valid, provide all the evidence necessary.

@Nelson Muhlestein I flooded them with evidence when we filed, how much more they need.

When you get the RFE, in the mail, they will tell you what they need.
I'm 90% sure I'll be getting an RFE. I didn't give them a certified copy of my divorce decree.
