Update
I received an sms and email notification this morning that USCIS have taken action on my case. I have since signed into my account and there’s nothing. been refreshing the page all day and still no update. My i485 is still in CRP since Nov 2023 and my EAD renewal still says actively been reviewed since April 2025. Anybody experienced this before? PD is Feb 2023.

how did you get that done? i have tried but was told can only get texts and emails if i applied online. what can i do to get email/text too?
