update!!
Yesterday I spoke to a live agent through Ask Emma for the latest update on my cases (check my other post on how to get connected to a live agent).
Overall the agent was super nice & like any other day, I logged in to my USCIS account & found that my I-130 is at 5 weeks! Little by little I’m seeing things turn up!
I know it’s not a big update on my case but up until yesterday before I was connected to the agent, my case was stuck on “actively viewing” since March 2023 “5 months” in my progress. He said that I was going to see more updates regarding my cases as they are currently looking at my case!!!
the agent yesterday also said that we would be waived from the i-485 interview. hopefully, he is right but my case is still pending.
