Why not?? USCIS gave us that option for a reason...I upload evidence from time to time

yeah i feel same it helps but the thing is my lawyer tod me it doesn’t make any sense unless USCIS asks for it !

you should upload it so they don’t ask for more evidence. after I submit I30 y submit tickets, itinerary, recent pictures, and statements. everything matters when case decision is going to be made.

I asked my attorney the same. he told me, we sent evidence enough, wait if they ask you more evidence you send it.

I would not add anything there. It can alter your case status. If USCIS needs more information from you, they will ask you through an RFE.

it clearly states that adding unsolicited evidence doesn’t change your position in the queue. moreover, a number of people who have been interview have indicated that the fact that they uploaded the evidence made their approval quicker because the officer didn’t have to scan everything. I read somewhere that he thanked them. be very careful with your lawyer, mine told me not to respond to a courtesy letter and I did, that got me invited to an interview 2 weeks later. my lawyer on the other hand thought that I should wait for an RFE, unless you’re a absolutely not in a hurry, I would count on direct USCIS guidance.

I have the same question...
MAbU .Jun 21, 2023
@love a so, you recommend me to upload it despite what my lawyer said.
MAbU .Jun 21, 2023
@Fco Flo so did you upload it after your lawyer told you not to.?
Jennie .Jun 22, 2023
I uploaded mine. Despite I have my lawyer, I had to do things that will help my situation.
Fco FloJun 22, 2023
No, I didn't. I'm waiting if they need something more.

@MAbU . I mean I am no lawyer. I just think it is important for us applicants not to depend on lawyers so much. I needed my AP expedited and my lawyer sent me to info pass and got me an emergency AP which was wrong. I then wanted to expedite via my congress office which he said didn’t apply. yet I did it and got support from the congress office.
this is not one of those black or white things but in my opinion you wouldn’t be doing anything wrong.
