Helo, I wanted to know if i can upload unsolicited evidence without #RFE.. its been 16 months and i feel like i have alot of staff to add. any idea/ experience please?

For example
You upload a 2023 tax return
You name it tax return 2023

I added pics for i130 that has been at received for 6 months now. Nothing happened, but then the glitch came along. Now it's saying it's taking longer than expected 😫
