Unsolicited Evidence
Filed my I-130 in Feb 2023 and submitted all documents. My case is currently on actively being reviewed status and also states that no documents is outstanding. I had a court case in the past that they may look into. Is it okay to upload the documents without being asked to the "unsolicited evidence" section under documents? Or do I just hold on until they ask?
would uploading them make any difference after 100 days of filing? Anyone with such experience?

I don’t have the experience but I think if you didn’t submit with your initial app now is a good time to help them process you. because they will be looking into it. @Bòbò Nkìtì

You just need to have the disposition letter if they ask for it don't start up nothing if needed then they ask

@tas smith Okay, I do have it and ready to send if they ask. my fear waiting till they ask is prolonged processing, versus if they have it handy

@susil chhetri So if they certainly will ask, I might as well upload it as additional evidence so that time isn't wasted🤷♂️ or perhaps seek an immigration attorney's advice.
