unsolicited evidence
my lawyer didn’t send any evidence with our application , she said we must wait till we receive an RFE for it. I’ve seen some people saying they uploaded evidence on the “unsolicited evidence” tab on the USCIS account. has anyone done this? she suggested better to wait till they request it but I don’t see harm in trying ? any advice of someone who’s done that?

your lawyer is dumb.you should be sending all the evidence at the beginning that way you can have you case process faster and big chance for no interview and getting EAD the faster possible .now go head and upload all the bonafide evidence and fire that dumb lawyer

wow! no evidence at all???? a lawyer? please hurry and upload everything. Only time you should wait is for medical rfe. But you must submit bonafide marriage evidence to show it’s a legit marriage

@Lia Oliveira yes I got a rfe for medical which I sent in July! heard nothing since. going to upload marriage evidence now 🤦🏼♀️ wish I’d done it before.
