We sent the evidence last month

I don’t think it will hurt anything. You may avoid an Rfe. I sent unsolicited evidence mid January and got approved Feb 1st.

So, we didn't send the evidence since the beginning, we did after 6 month of being actively reviewing....because we thought it might help USCIS to make the decision, so it's confusing

@Dperez Molina I sent unsolicited evidence (husband’s TIN application and IRS approval letter) after a few weeks of being notified of ‘case is taking longer’. The very next day my progress changed to 2 months again and it currently says 3 weeks until a decision is made. I can’t be certain that my submission made any difference but it’s awfully curious and I will be sure to update everyone if I happened to crack the algorithm! 🤣

I uploaded some more evidence two months after my interview, three days later I got approved

My PD is Feb 28th and thank you!
