unsolicited evidence
Does USCIS send emails informing if they have received unsolicited evidence I sent additional information 3 weeks ago but I haven’t received any information if it was received by USCIS but it does shows by usps it was delivered

According to our lawyer, it won't even be looked at unless they issue an RFE but I've seen some people say they overwhelmed USCIS with evidence and their app was approved but I really don't know at this point :( are you DIYing it or have a lawyer ?

@Very Anxious doing it my self I already went to interview and all they requested my son birth paper or medical information I sent the information but still haven’t received an outcome they told me they would make a decision April 4 if they didn’t recieved the rfe so I’m wondering if they are still gonna make a decision since I sent the information 51 days ago Emma told me they would make a decision within 60 days it’s almost 60 days
