@Dagny W could you tell me if the upload works for you? I’ve been trying for more than a week now and it doesn’t work for me. the upload doesn’t do anything.

some of the posts I’ve read on here stated that it speeds up the process. I’m too scared to upload anything on there 😭😭 but lmk how it works for you!

@John Smith I’ve been trying to upload docs today and it’s not working. Hopefully this feature will be fixed soon. Personally, I think the addition of any relevant document can only be useful. I have added documents that were not available at the time we submitted the application, such as evidence of living together at a new address.

@Dagny W We hear conflicting views on here of whether it speeds up the case or not, to add unsolicited evidence. Yours seems important and relevant to me, I would add. Also, this is new information that was not available at the time you submitted your original application.

@Denise K they seem to have really messed up their website this week with some sort of an update. Even the send messages doesn’t work so you can’t report the technical issues….. I tried to call them but in vain so far

@Denise K maybe if we’re enough to complain about it, things will move in the right direction? 🤷‍♂️

not at all my case was approved in 10 months and I always uploaded evidence especially when I went to see my spouse. my last upload was 2 weeks before the approval.

@John Smith I just managed to successfully upload docs to my account! Check if yours is working, too!

@John Smith I used Safari, did everything from my phone. Could you try that? Walk me through your steps, maybe we did something differently (probably not, but worth a try!)

@Denise K yes I tried to connect from my phone and it has the same behavior. go to uscis.gov > sign in > home page and then look at the case > document tab > upload documents and it refreshes the page only

Ah as expected @John Smith I uploaded my docs the same way. I guess keep trying is my only advice, it may work in a few days as mine did. And report the issue to Emma agent weekly, until it’s resolved. Did you ask for an alternative on how you should submit your docs?

@Denise K yeah I’m assuming it’s by sending it by mail with a copy of the NOA for reference. I will ask them weekly for that. I feel like I’m missing some information in their requests to display information and that’s what causing errors if it works for others….

@Denise K Morning! I believe they made some changes cause today I can see the descriptions again for all my cases (past and present). I still can’t upload documents though… so I guess wait and see if they work on this too

@Denise K after a month we discussed about the doc tab, I can finally see it. Not sure if it’s only available when they start processing your case (mine was apparently still pre processing and got the background check back last week). or if they fixed something today and now I can see my documents!
