@Franklin eb3 Yes, we need to take action to reopen the case. I think the Texas Service Center’s processing time is around 30.4 months, and the New York Field Office is currently about 12.5 months—but I’m not entirely sure. Ask Emma where your case is located. After that, Push USCIS or your lawyer to follow up and request that the case be reopened. The processing time depends on where my case is currently located. If it’s at the Texas Service Center(30.4months), it will likely follow the standard processing timeline. But if it’s at a different field office, we may at least be able to submit additional documents or requests. I believe it’s important that they reopen my case.

I also felt hopeful after reading other people’s stories here. I just want to share what I know, hoping it can give someone a little comfort and strength.

@waiting Eb3 unskilled I think it was transferred in October 2022. It seems like it was moved from the Texas Service Center to the New York Field Office.

@Cu Cu My case is CPR since September 2022. We are in the same boat 🚤 My case is also at NBC. I don’t see any approval coming from NBC :(

@Cristina Ruggi I just talked to USICS few minutes ago. They say case from NBC have to transfer to Field Office to process, NBC don’t process it! I already submitted e-request ( my case is outside normal processing time). They told me give them 60 days to response to me, if after 60 days still nothing, I should be contact to them or submit another e-request, lols 😂

I got my two rfes from California but Emma told me my case is in nbc. I did enquire about my case and I got response that my case is in California and it is pending but yesterday Emma told me that it is in nbc so I am confused. pd is 27 Aug 2021. case status is case remains pending

Congratulations! Just noticed that your case is similar to mine but my pd is 2/2022. Last update was fingerprint applied, I hope mine turn out the same. I have never seen a case like this on this forum until now.
