two years for 485 to be approved
this is taking too long, but anyway. after 2 years of primary applicant’s approval my wife’s case finally moved to interview and approval… the interviewer was even surprised that we waited so long… and he said he did not know why we were called for interview… after 5 minutes he said you should receive your card within 2 weeks…

Congratulations! Yeah it’s strange. Sometimes we get unlucky because there is a sea of applicants. Being the primary applicant my EB1A case took 550 days to get approved even though I-140 was approved within two weeks of filing, all was filed concurrently. Next week I am expecting the card to arrive.
