Two RFEs in a row - both medical
Hi everyone, Just sharing me experience... Mid November I have got an RFE for my I-485 - medical examination... I sent the response 1 week later, but ... 2 day after that I am getting the second RFE with the same request - medical examination... Of coarse, I do not have the response, because the sealed envelopes were sent as a response for the first RFE. My lawyer sent an explanation letter to the USCIS as a response for the second RFE, explaining the situation and when they got the requested info... but, I am just afraid that this will postpone my case again after they get the second RFER :( Did anyone have anything similar? That is ridiculous, I thought I was so close to the goal :( ...

Some people don’t get RFE while others get two🤷🏻‍♂️

you should be Ok, the explanation letter from your attorney might do the trick. once they processed the RFE response they will add that to your file. I’m term of delays, I can’t say. it’s hard to tell so maybe you’re lucky and doesn’t experience any delays.

Yeah, I hope so... I had a call with tear 2 and they said that the case was resumed, but it is kinda up to me if I want to respond to the second RFE 🙄
