Two different RFE'S in two weeks apart of each other.
We received second RFE after two weeks of submitting our medical RFE, this time USCIS (San Fernando Valley FO non-local) asking for proof lawful presence in US for the past 4 years since we changed our status from B2 to F1/F2 and additionally from me all my records related to my F 1 status (attendance, certification, transcript and etc), we already sent my wife(she is principle) response to RFE, and I am waiting from my school for all records, no idea how long it will take, hope for the best 🙏. Does anyone have the same experience? please share your thoughts.

by the way the second RFE does not appear in the case status, it's still showing that they received our response for previous RFE, it's just came with the mail

I've received the same RFE from Orlando Fo. it doesn't show on our case status either. I answered them on May 30th. No update yet. I made a little book with pictures and projects made in my school with pictures and the teacher comments. Also, got a certificate and the other docs are technicals of the school. They asked for supplement J showing the job was available to me yet.I hope we get an answer in soon! 🙏🏽

good luck @nathy C my school said that they will send all the records before the RFE deadline which is in September, this is really frustrating I was hoping that it will be couple of weeks, at this time I will just wait, it's been just over one week, I hope that next week they will send it to me

Hello @nathy C how long it took your school to got your records? mine is taking so long, and they even doesn't say when it's going to be ready, the only promise that it will be ready before the actual RFE deadline, which is September 10th, this is crazy, I don't know what to do, tried everything, but can't expedite the process, in the school policy also doesn't say the timeline to response for that type of requests..I am stuck now because of it, can't do anything ((
