Turns out we got transferred
Both my husband and I went on Ask Emma. His service agent told him we were still at Nebraska, mine told me we were transferred early on to California and that is why we are not able to file an inquiry…
This is so frustrating…!

Lalex SalapuMar 25, 2022
yes @Vee M my case is in California, so happy the times went down, just waiting patiently 🙏

Vee AMar 25, 2022
Charlotte, did you file for K3? Also is your case actively reviewing ?
cha tMar 25, 2022
@Vee M we did file for K3 recently but no updates for that, and I-130 is on actively reviewing since sept 16th
Vee AMar 25, 2022
We applied October and no updates just reciept notice. Sigh.
Lalex SalapuMar 25, 2022
my case is actively reviewing since sept 10
cha tMar 25, 2022
I read somewhere that it’s actively reviewing when an agent puts it in their queue but it doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re actively looking at it…. keep your hopes up! you might be a case where you’re only put on actively reviewing when they’re actually reviewing it and it’ll be a shorter wait on that status.
