kinda disheartening that I haven’t seen anyone with any movement in the Tucson office, let alone any approvals

I am hoping by the end of this month, I saw cases in reddit that once they got current and sent to a FO they got approved in a couple of weeks

Do you mind if I ask when was your I-140 approval and did you file concurrently for I-485 and I-140? I have PD 01/17/23 EB3 skilled but the case is still remaining at Nebraska :((

I filled my I-140 since last year, I remember it was approved August las year somewhere there, but the i-140 took around 6-7 months to be approved, after that I waited to be able to fill for the i-485 which was at the end of last year and waiting since then…

got it. thanks for sharing. since you wait for I-140 approved, I guess your I-485 submitted to NBC instead of Nebraska center. hope you will get results soon. my case is a bit complicated as I submitted I-140 and I-485 concurrently to Nebraska on 02/2024. My I-140 isn’t touched until 01/2025 when I paid for premium processing and got approval by end of 01/2025. since then I didn’t hear any update for my I-485 as I expect it should be transferred to somewhere, either NBC or local field office

omg, I am almost exactly on the same boat pd: 02/21/2023 transfer date: 07/21/2025 to Tucson office I filed on 10/9/2024 my case online stills on that fingerprints were taken, keep me posted, I am like biting my nails at this point
