I140 approved in November 2022 i485 i765 and i131 filling in march 2023 i765 approved in the end of July, sent yesterday, waiting it to arrive i131 case was received (125 days) i485 showing that fingerprints were taken (91 days)

pd Oct 2022, files concurrently i765 approved in Dec 2022 i131 approved in Jan/Feb 2023 i140 approved in April 2023 i485 transferred to NBC in May 2023 still waiting

Can NBC approve directly without being transferred to a FO?

eb2 pd March 22. i140 approved November 22. I485 submitted Feb 23, transferred to nbc in April 23. became current in the august bulletin and still. pending.

Since we all have similar timelines and stages in our application process. I would recommend that we keep this thread. Please, update once you get an approval. My timeline Feb 28, 2022 submission (concurrent filling, Nebraska) I-140 approved October 19, 2022 I-485 transfered October 31, 2022 Case remain pending since May 10 2023. Thank you.

PD March 2, 2022 I-485 applied March 2023, No update till then except fingerprint.

my case just changed to "new card is being produced" . it was approved yesterday. Good luck guys

EB2 NIW 140 PD October 2022 140 approved March 2023 (5 months) 485 applied Jan 2023: fingerprints 2/23, early July 23 (NBC) "ready to be scheduled for interview". 765+131 applied with 485 Jan 23. 765 approved March 23. 131 fingerprints as of today. (I did get emergency AP for a trip home due to family medical emergency) is anyone familiar with this 485 status of ready to schedule interview?

Probably they will interview, or a system glitch.. are you already approved?
