Travelling outside USA and come back on H4 stamped VISA while AOS is pending
Hello community, My dependent need to travel outside of USA for 2 weeks while AOS status is in CRP. ( Next month our PD will be current).She has valid H4 stamped visa.
Will there be any impact on the in progress AOS?

@RW BM thank you .. we don’t have AP.. why do you think it’s better to have AP as backup?

actually we have valid stamping from H visa and it’s valid till mid next year .. so haven’t applied for AP..I will reach out to my lawyer..thanks

We did travel with H1B and H4 visa stamp multiple times while AOS. No issues @B T
