Travelling before Oath Ceremony Worried about Physical Presence
I just passed my citizenship test at the Chicago Office, waiting for the oath ceremony, might be a month of waiting
I would like to travel for two weeks. At the time of the interview I had been out of the country for 17 months in the past three years. With the required 18 months of physical presence, I was 19 months in the states and 17 months out
Traveling for two weeks would put me at 18 months two weeks in the state. Still above the required 18 months.
Might my two week travel be an issue at the Oath ceremony given I was getting really close to missing the require 18 months physical presence.
I have to travel for an emergency so I weighing the risks of me traveling
