travelled out of country on AP and I'm in removal proceedings
hi everyone
I have AP, pending I 360 and pending i485 and currently I came to home country due to family emergency.
I just checked online in acis.eoir website and I'm in removal proceeding. is there any chance I can travel back to states ?

They will parole you in and give you a court date. ( NTA)

I don't even know about this removal notice
I never received it
I was watching a video and came to know about this and when I enter my a number in portal
it shows I am in removal proceedings and no court date scheduled

what I'm thinking is
when I was married, I filed I 485 and when interview date was scheduled
I cancelled the interview due to abusive spouse and cheating
then I have applied for vawa

the process is to get the copy of removal proceedings and apply for motion to terminate removal proceedings
if successful, I can travel back
