traveling
still married and living with the abuser and i am a green card holder thru vawa, i want to travel to my country but im afraid of getting stop by cbp near the border and question about my case while traveling with the agresor, the abuser didnt let me travel alone with our children, no car or money to go alone.
What should i do?
My case is real , pictures of abuse, psychology evaluation, letter testimony of friends, bank records for financial abuse ,and i got GC interview and everything went well
No RFE while waiting for vawa

@Raj Maheta my lawyer said not to travel, but i have travel on march with the abuser, you think that can be a case at the border with the new face and fingerprings law thing that is gling on effect dec 26?

@Raj Maheta dwi back in 2015 before my green card and told at the interview when they asked. all clean after that

@ana carbajal 6 months, i went to the GC interview on jan 6 2025 and they approved me there, not questions asked about abuse, only name and if i was still married. theb yes ir not and have you ever etc. normal interview. my lawyer was there w me
