Traveling with pending green card & pending asylum
Hi guys! I got my advance parole (combo card) through marriage to a U.S. citizen this year. I have a question, can I travel outside the US if I also have a pending asylum status with USCIS? Our i-130 is already approved, but still waiting for the green card. I am certainly not going to visit my home country from which I applied for asylum but I would like to travel to the DR with my husband. Anyone here has similar experience? Thank you in advance.

i have the same case got combo card thru marriage I traveled during Christmas for 30days came back went through secondary inspection 0 questions asked and got 1year stamp..my asylum is still pending I used LA airport
