not to scare you, but I know someone that's stock in London right now and can't come back again, he traveled wit AP and then his case got denied

@dez when anyone gets AP I think its only to go back to our home country and maybe thats why they are stuck. I dont think AP is for travel otherwise.

I traveled in December, for Christmas, came back 17th January, JFK, no issues, no questions asked, I was only referred to secondary inspection that stamps or parole in those who travel with AP. less than 4 minutes, I was done pls travel, go pay your last respect to your grandmother. I also overstayed, but the AP once issued, over rides any over staying. They saw your immigration history before approval. pls travel

And also before cases are denied, for whoever is stock in London, usually Uscis must issue NOID or RFE, so pls dont scare anyone from using AP. Iam testament, I traveled and returned back safely. it was one of my smoothest journey ever.

don't worry is it safe if you don't have criminal history Today arrived to JFK from my home country I been in my country 3 months and I passed without any problem or questions I used with my AP 2 times frist time I been 40 days in my country without any problem

@Divine you need to chill out , I traveled too and came back with no issues, I'm only stating someone's experience, people travel safely and came back doesn't mean there are not anyone that have issues

@Nik Sat…It can’t and won’t and will never be an issue if you don’t use your AP.. People have it sometimes in case of emergencies they can’t help but leave to attend to. Its used in replacement of visa for people awaiting adjustment of status

It’s 💯1% safe dear and don’t listen to gossip. It will automatically as well permanently cancel and change your initial illegal, over stayed, etc entry to normal… And if you still nervous contact me or drop your email.

so this is always my advice, if you have AP n u feel a bit nervous, look for a country like our neighbours here and apply for their visa. it takes 42days to process afterwards you can travel through there first n see for ur self. there is nothing to be scared of if u dont ve any form of criminal offence or you are in removal proceedings. they issued it because they know how long this process takes. and for the person that got stuck in Uk or anywhere else in this world, it’s definitely tby the time the person tried coming back in, his or her case has had an update which might be a denial… other than that, i tell you my brother my sister, use it. as i speak i just submitted my renuwal for my irish visa and once its out i am heading out again including Canada and UK. selah

I have my AP. but, I was terminated from my Legal status. before I apply for AP through Vawa. Is there anyone here who travel with AP after loosing legal status before getting AP.
