traveling outside
Can you travel outside the country after the interview and your case updates as card being created. I have an emergency to travel outside of the country but my GC has not been delivered yet and I don’t know when it will.

Richard - when USCIS mail the card they also send you the tracking number, which you can access in your USCIS account if you created one.
wait for the card to be delivered before you travel outside the country. that will take lesser time than filing for any other authorization to leave the country.

If you don't have green card. How you get back to US? The only way to back to US is with green card, travel parole or US passport. If you don't have either one. Stay at home and wait for your document. Thank you me later
