traveling on advance parole
so I received my advance parole document last year and I haven’t traveled on it however my friends and another cousin got theirs and went home and back to the US lol. I now have a situation where I need to go see my mom and I want to take my youngest with me who my mom hasn’t met. I was told that the advance parole document should be in card form and not paper. who else got a paper form with their picture on it? it says it’s valid for 2 or 3 years something like that. does it only come in card form or what? I’m confused. by the way the travel is only for the weekend since I have a corporate job 🙄 do you think I’ll run into any issue?
and if/ when I make this trip I will update yll on the experience

how far along is your case? I don’t think you have anything to worry about with the AP.

@Mo Me the last thing my husband got was that it’s being actively reviewed and that was in September 2024. the last step on everything is pretty much interview/decision.

i got mine in paper form and i travel last year they didn’t ask me anything and come back easily with no problem you can travel it on that no body will bother u in airport

I got mine on paper with photo. I traveled on it last week and my immigration was at Abu Dhabi airport and they didn’t ask me any questions. it was a very smooth process. good luck

@tanisha Salazar i traveled on it. hey guys I posted that I came back with no issue. and a few weeks later I got an interview date. we wnt to the interview yesterday and got approved today 🎉
