Traveled with my i131
Had no issues at all. Travelled for 5 days. Landed in DFW. Was asked how was my trip, taken to the secondary clearance and waited my turn and got my passpoand document back and officer said “welcome back”. Secondary clearance took about 20 mins, there were about 6 people before me. Came in on B1/b2 and out of status for about a year before filing.

I wanted to ask is it safe to go on advanced parole while my I-485 is pending and my I-130 is approved. I was in removal proceedings but my case has been terminated by the court. I am now for uscis to adjudicate my case. please advice. Thank you

@Pepertua A Thanks for sharing. Do you know by any chance, how many days/month one can stay away from US and be able to enter again when traveling with I-131 ? Is it like a month or so ?

@S SS I think it’s 180 days but double check on the letter. I think I saw 180 on it.
