I don’t think so reckless driving is a criminal offense on immigration level if it’s a misdemeanor but just to be on the safe side go to your court hearing first and always consult a immigration attorney.

@sam young I’ll get a lawyer and he you handle everything for me, so I don’t need to go to the court, since he will do for me. my trip supposed to happen next week. the hearing is only end of April
