Travel with I-131
Hello my wife is concerned about traveling out of the country with her I-131 advance parole before she gets her green card. Is there a risk to this? Because I thought that was the whole point of the I-131 was to travel before getting her green card but some people have told her it’s risky.

if you are traveling with her it’s good. if not custom agents stresses people out on return some times. some people unluckily gets deported for one reason or the other. some others encounters no problems at all. 🤷🏾♀️

Don’t worry about it, she can go out. I did it when I had my red card. I went to my country and when I came back the officers got me to a different room, they check you record and if is all clear they let you go fast. The people who is deported is because they have problems with the law.
