Travel with Advance Parole while waiting for decision
Has anyone traveled out of the US with Advance parole after interview? it’s been 5months after my interview with no decision, I have gone to 2 infopass at the Atlanta office yet nothing. my AP was renewed for the 4th time and I really just want to travel for a month.
Any one with experience or advice?
The lady at the infopass said since I have my advance parole that I can travel but u know u can’t trust these pple sometimes.

please in your interest don't travel, God forbid if there is any issue with your case CBP won't allow u in

we are the same shoe l went for my green card interview 5 months ago watin for them to approve my green card instead of green card to be approve l got work permit renewal approve l just tire l need my green card

Unless you have a criminal record, you can safely travel with AP, make sure you don't travel longer than 3 weeks. Just ignore those who discourage you. In worst case, you get an RFE and respond it when you returned.
