We dont know your travel history, past convictions or depotation orders etc ask your lawyer

@Smile M M no deportation or any criminal charges. i have travelled before with ap. with new government in charge i just wanted to know if its safe to travel.

@sammy s I asked my lawyer same question and at first he told me I can travel but he called me last Friday to put all my traveling outside the country on a hold for now.

I recently landed back in USA on AP and had no good experience with officer. Too much questioning and checking of documents submitted.

@Wait Game was this your first time traveling on ap and did they ask you for documents regarding vawa ?

@sammy s Bro, I would suggest to avoid any travel in this time and wait for the green card atleast. Even if it is safe these days it’s crazy times what’s going on.

right now everyone has postponed their trips. everyone is waiting and looking online for someone who is traveling now so they can get confident.i would suggest wait for a while then an travel if you have no negative record. then you are fine.

I traveled before inauguration back after, no issue of any kind.

my friend came yesterday no issue.
