travel on advance parole
I have received advance parole document based on adjustment of status that I filed with vawa i360. I've never committed any crimes or any thing but I did overstay my visa. should I be fine fine traveling to my home country?

talking to your lawyer. but if your vawa is already approved, you can travel

don't worry I traveled 2 times more then 3 months I'm too overstayed my visa more then 5 years and no problem when I'm arrived JFK

yes u can travel on AP while I-360 is pending. recently I traveled and am back without any issues.
