Travel experience
For all those people who are scared to travel .I just got back from my 3 weeks vacation today and the officer didn’t asked me any questions expect how was my family back home .took me to secondary inspection.stamped my passport in less then 5 minutes and I was on my way

@nav singh great thanks for sharing. I’m scared to travel I don’t know why. I got legally divorced with my ex… I have a combo card and VAWA is still pending submitted full package Dec 2021. I want to travel outside of US for 4-5 weeks too meet my father badly. I heard some one with the similar case like legally seperated the immigratio officer deported one person? Is there anyone in this group is having the similar case and traveled outside US to gome country and come back without any issue ?

i filed my vawa March 2022 and haven’t got my divorce yet but I assumed the only thing they see is a valid ead with advance parole and may be a criminal check too .

MA same here, Year after divorce i applied for vawa, Traveld outside USA for 10 weeks. It’s safe. My lawyer advised me to take direct flight to JFK NY While coming back.

@M A Didn’t ask anything just had to wait to get passport stamp. I think they check if you have any criminal records.The person before me he was involved in some police case they questioned him about his case.
