#travel ban
hello everyone hope yall are having a happy holiday despite everything that going on.... I have a question and would like some answers and opinion on the matter....... I already have my GC #10yrs but my husband who filed for me is from a fully ban country is it ok for me to travel with what's going on?..TIA

I think, it would not be an issue traveling, but coming back/jetting back to the country, you may face stricter scrutiny. I would suggest may be think of meeting your spouse elsewhere….like apply for tourist visa a different country that is not within the ban list (for both of you). Just my thoughts.

@K W we both are in America and he is a naturalized citizen but from a ban country and I am a recent green card hold

Got you….overall, just know GC holders when jetting back get some more screened than USC (not as before). Nowadays customs and border protection have nothing to loose. Just have a good reason of traveling there and do not carry anything that may be compromising or put you in jeaorpady.
