I would like to know if I can visit my spouse in the us for summer vacation...any advice plzzz...

yes you can travel but it is upto the officer to let you enter or no. He has to make sure you are coming for vacation and not for adjusting status.

tips: get a return flight before entering, proof of lease and job from your home country for example

if you have history of entry and return to your home country you would be fine. I didn’t have no problem entering.
Before the end of your vacay if someone exceptional make you change your mind and decide to stay in USA you can too. you just need to prove it wasn’t intentional.
