Technically no, because you are using a passport of a country that you ran away from and upon coming back into US they may ask questions.

Thanks for sharing. I did it on the App "Inmigra USA" the community of Immigrants in the United States. inmigrausa.com
There are immigration lawyers and free collaborators.
Stay up to date on news of interest to the Latino community.
Search Inmigrate USA.
I chose the Florida community, it looks like they are starting now, so I recommend you choose Florida.
Busca inmigra USA el app del inmigrante, de verdad es muy buena tambien.
Thanks!!!

you can use refugee travel document and green card for European countries but make sure the country you wish to travel to are accepting this document. I sugest you to contact the embassy of specific country you want to travel to and ask their requirements. Safe Travels and BIG Congratulations 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

@isimbi sasa Do NOT ever use your passport (the one from your home country ). U.S. Refugee Travel Document (United States) visa not required for Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary and Cyprus. Congratulations !!!

@E Hopeful I have questions about public charge for asylum I am using my health insurance for free of cost questions any bad effect on my green card
M EFeb 21, 2024
do you mind telling me which state did you apply from?
my green card been pending 336 days stillðŸ˜
M EFeb 21, 2024
@artem call the embassy of the country you want to go to, and try to get a visa in advance if possible
I know from experience you can go to UK when you get a visa. went to a European country without a visa, I left the airport and came back by just scanning my boarding pass. the travel doc is a respectful doc so don't worry.

@M E Truly - thank you!
E HopefulFeb 21, 2024
@M E it does not have any impact your green card if you were granted asylum/refugee status. The truth of the matter is that when you granted asylum, you are allowed to get assistance (food, cash, ect.) to help you get you on your feet. So there is a provision that protects asylum seeks from being impacted by any public charge rule. And your other thing is that you are still admissible into the US when adjusting your status even if you entered the US without inspection (border crossing, without a visa, …) when you are granted asylum/refugee status. But For other immigration status, the inadmissibility questions apply to them.
E HopefulFeb 21, 2024
@love singh I would say 1 year or 15 months at the most unless you cause some delays yourself by not sending in initial evidence when filing for it such as not sending in proof asylum status and medical when applying for adjustment of status. When/if that happens, USCIS will send you RFEs, which can significantly cause delays in y’rhe adjudication process.
