transferring interview to another country
my cousin had an interview for iR1 visa in the us embassy in Beirut on November 17th and according to the current situation in Lebanon they cancelled the interview because of the closure of the embassy. he is trying to transfer his interview visa to the us embassy in Abidjan . but no one in the embassy answers or reply to his emails. any recommendations on how to contact them? or what should he does? note that his priority date was December 10 2021.
