@lulu 369 To verify emma agent information, always ask specific info like when was case transferred so they can give an exact date as well. then ask a total of 3 agent’s minimum, compare what all of them say and if the date’s given match. you can then know if it’s reliable information, atleast to 90% certainty

@Way Maker When the case moved or moves doesn't change the processing times. Also, we have no way to confirm if your case is with an officer. Even if we could, the fact that the case is assigned to an officer, or when they last "worked on/looked at/touched" your case doesn't change the processing times.
