Transfer to Newark FO. EB1C RoW, PD current
I just found out from Emma that on my case is in transit to be transferred to Newark FO.
Q1 - how long the transfer takes?
Q2 - once at FO how quickly decision is made?
my last update - BM done on Dec 8.
I’m based in Manhattan, Newark is close but technically it’s another state

@A A the transfer from NBC to a field office is electronic, should be done instantly

My case moved to Newark FO on June 2022 and I got the interview notice in Nov 2023 and I have completed the interview on Jan 2024… still nothing from Newark field office. EB1C

my GC got approved 1 month after transferring to FO
