Transfer the case file to another service center
After my wife filed for expedited processing through USCIS and was denied due to insufficient evidence, I also reached out to Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib for assistance. When the congresswoman’s office asked for an update on the status of the case, they told me that the expedited processing request had been denied due to insufficient evidence and that the case was currently being processed at the Vermont Center. What is strange is that the original case receipt states that the case is being processed at the California Center. What should we make of the transfer of our case from the California Service Center to the Vermont Service Center?

Medical reports expressing the serious health condition that requires urgent care, as well as psychological medical reports from medical centers approved by USCIS. What I understand is that requesting expedited processing of the (I-130) (F2A) petition is a very complex process with an approval rate of 20% or less. Due to the limited number of visas for this category and the restrictions of the bulletin
