Transfer i-140 from eb3 unskilled to eb3 skilled or professional.
Hi everyone,
I have approved i-140 under eb3 unskilled and waiting for the date to be current.
My current employer is willing to sponsor me eb3 skilled.
Can we transfer i-140 of eb3 unskilled to eb3 skilled or professional on my current employer?

you cannot transfer your i140 but you can keep your pd if you apply for another category
